The ratings assigned/affirmed are IND AAA/Stable for the following instruments:

• Subordinate Debt (Yet to be issued) with an issue size of ₹200 crore: Rating Assigned IND AAA/Stable.
• Subordinate Debt (ISIN INE951F08044) with an issue size of ₹250 crore: Rating Affirmed IND AAA/Stable.
• Subordinate Debt (ISIN INE951F08051) with an issue size of ₹300 crore: Rating Affirmed IND AAA/Stable.
• Subordinate Debt (ISIN INE951F08069) with an issue size of ₹250 crore: Rating Affirmed IND AAA/Stable.

The rating letter from India Ratings was dated 23 April 2025 and received by the Company on 24 April 2025.
