Accelya Solutions India Limited announced on 28 Mar 25 a cyber-security incident impacting part of its Group Company, Accelya Global Limited's IT infrastructure. The incident has not caused any operational disruption to the Company, the Group Company, or any customers.

A specialized team of external cybersecurity experts is assisting with investigations. Unlawful access to certain of the Company's computer systems in India was identified on 27 Mar 25. The company's operations remain unaffected, and it continues to provide service to all customers. Remediation and mitigation measures are being taken, and CERT-In has been notified.
