Aegis Logistics Limited (AEGISLOG) announced on 19 June 2025 that Sea Lord Containers Limited (SCL), its wholly-owned subsidiary, and Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited (AVTL), its associate company, have executed a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA).

• The agreement facilitates the transfer of a Cryogenic LPG Terminal with a static LPG storage capacity of 82,000 MT located at New Mangalore Port to AVTL.
• The transfer is on a slump sale basis, as a going concern.
• SCL will receive a sum of ₹671,30,00,000 (Indian Rupees Six Hundred Seventy-One Crores and Thirty Lakhs only) upon the execution of the BTA.
• The transaction between SCL and AVTL is considered a related party transaction and has been conducted on an arm's length basis.
