Aegis Logistics to sell Kandla terminal assets for ₹49.50 crore

Aegis Logistics Limited has executed a Framework Agreement with CRL Terminals Private Limited on June 19, 2025.
Under the agreement, CRL Terminals will acquire specialized storage terminal assets at CRL-4 (NDDB) in Kandla, with a capacity of 94,148 cbm.
Aegis Logistics will receive ₹49.50 crore from CRL Terminals upon the execution of this agreement.
CRL Terminals is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited (AVTL), where Aegis Logistics is one of the Promoter Companies.
The transaction is conducted on an arm's length basis.
