AIIL to Acquire Vas Infrastructure Ltd. via Resolution Plan for ₹86.04 Crore

Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited (AIIL) has been selected as the Resolution Applicant for Vas Infrastructure Limited (VIL).
AIIL received a Letter of Intent (LOI) on April 1, 2025.
The acquisition is subject to approval from the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench.
VIL's turnover was ₹(0.42) crore (FY24), ₹1.62 crore (FY23), and ₹0.21 crore (FY22) prior to CIRP.
AIIL will acquire 94.99% of VIL's share capital post-implementation of the plan.
Total Resolution Plan value is approximately ₹86.04 crore.
Acquisition expected to be completed within 60 days of NCLT approval.
