Aptech Limited has announced the appointment of two new Whole-time Directors:

• Mr. Neeraj Malik (DIN: 07611462) and Mr. Sandip Weling (DIN: 10479066) have been appointed as Additional Directors designated as Whole-time Directors.
• The appointments are effective from April 29, 2025, for a period of 5 years, subject to the approval of shareholders.
• Mr. Neeraj Malik, aged 46, holds a Post-Graduate degree in Business Management and has 24 years of experience. He is currently the Chief Business Officer (Enterprise Business Group) at Aptech and has previously worked with companies like Wipro Infotech, TCS, and Sify Technologies.
• Mr. Sandip Weling, aged 55, holds a Masters in Marketing Management and a B.E. (Mechanical), with over 32 years of work experience. He is currently the Chief Business Officer (Global Retail Business) at Aptech and has held key roles at Eureka Forbes, Mahindra Holidays, Jubilant Agri & Consumer Products, Bharti Axa Life Insurance, and Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance.
• Both appointees have declared they satisfy the criteria under the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI LODR, are not debarred by any SEBI order or other authority, and are not related to any other Directors or Key Managerial Personnel of the Company. They hold NIL equity shares in the Company.
