Aptech Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in company securities, effective from 1 Apr 25. This closure will remain in place until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31 Mar 25. The trading window closure applies to all insiders, designated persons, and their immediate relatives. The date of the board meeting for consideration of the financial results will be intimated separately.
