Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Limited (ARE&M) announced a 10.2% increase in revenue for FY25, reaching ₹12,405 Crore compared to ₹11,260 Crore in FY24.
Profit before tax for FY25 stood at ₹1,299 Crore.
Earnings per Share (EPS) for FY25 was ₹52.66.
For Q4 FY25, the company reported revenue of ₹2,974 Crore and profit before tax of ₹224 Crore.
The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹5.20 per share.
Mr. Harshavardhana Gourineni, Executive Director, noted strong performance across automotive product categories and growth in the UPS business, offsetting a decline in the telecom segment. He highlighted efficiency-enhancing initiatives to strengthen the company's competitive position.
Mr. Vikramadithya Gourineni, Executive Director - New Energy Business, mentioned the strong momentum in the New Energy Business, including the commencement of Giga Factory-1 construction in Telangana and the near completion of the Customer Qualification Plant (CQP) and R&D facility.
Mr. Jayadev Galla, Chairman and Managing Director, stated that the New Energy Business witnessed groundbreaking of Giga Factory this year and continues to grow as per projections.
