• The company has issued letters dated 3rd June 2025 to those shareholders who have not registered their email addresses with the company or its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) or Depository Participants.
• These letters provide a weblink and QR code for accessing the Notice of the 79th AGM, dated 8th May 2025, and the Integrated Annual Report of the company for the financial year 2024-25.
• Electronic copies of the AGM Notice and Integrated Annual Report for FY 2024-25 are being sent to all shareholders whose email addresses are registered.
• The Notice of the AGM and Integrated Annual Report for the financial year 2024-25 can be accessed through the weblink: https://www.asianpaints.com/lntegratedAnnualReportFY2024-25.html, and via the QR code provided.
• These documents are also available on the company's website (www.asianpaints.com), on the websites of BSE Limited (www.bseindia.com), National Stock Exchange of India Limited (www.nseindia.com), and National Securities Depository Limited (www.evoting.nsdl.com).
• Shareholders who wish to register their email address should approach their respective Depository Participant if they hold shares in electronic form, or write to the RTA (MUFG Intime India Private Limited) if they hold shares in physical form.
• Alternatively, shareholders can register their email address temporarily with the RTA by visiting https://web.in.mpms.mufg.com/EmailReg/Email Register.html on or before 5:00 p.m. IST on Wednesday, 18th June 2025.
