Awfis Space Solutions Limited is conducting a postal ballot via remote e-voting.
The e-voting period will commence on June 10, 2025, at 09:00 a.m. and end on July 09, 2025, at 05:00 p.m.
The results will be declared on or before July 11, 2025.
The postal ballot includes resolutions for:
Re-classifying Peak XV Partners Investments V and its Promoter Group from ‘Promoter’ to ‘Public’ category.
