Awfis Space Solutions Limited announced on 13 May 2025 the onboarding of three global organizations at its premium centres in Hyderabad:

• Two Global Capability Centres (GCCs), Meltwater (media intelligence) and ABC Fitness (fitness technology), have joined Elite by Awfis.
• Zinnov, a global management consulting firm, has joined Awfis Gold.

Awfis is responsible for designing, building, and managing the office spaces for these clients. Elite by Awfis offers uber-luxury workspace, while Awfis Gold provides premium solutions. Both are located in prime business districts in Grade A developments.

Large corporates, GCCs, and MNCs constitute 63% of Awfis' client base.

Awfis plans to expand its Elite by Awfis offerings to other cities:

• Two upcoming centres in Bengaluru (Manyata Tech Park and Venus Block in Prestige Technology Park).
• Further expansion planned for Mumbai and Delhi.
