Bal Pharma Limited has withdrawn its application for the reclassification of promoters, Mr. Shrenik D Siroya and Ms. Jivi Dheerajmal Siroya. The withdrawal is due to them holding more than 10% of the voting rights in the company, as per regulatory provisions.
