BASF India Limited announced that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on 14 May 2025, has fixed Wednesday, 30 July 2025, as the "Record Date". This date is set for the purpose of determining the eligibility of members entitled to receive the dividend recommended by the Board. The dividend, if approved at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be paid on or after Saturday, 16 August 2025.
