Bhansali Engineering Polymers Limited (BEPL) announced its audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2025.
The Board of Directors also recommended a Final Dividend of ₹1 (100%) per Equity Share (face value ₹1 each) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2025. This is subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming 41st Annual General Meeting.
Including the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Interim Dividends of ₹1 each declared earlier in FY 2024-25, the total dividend for the financial year amounts to ₹4 (400%) per Equity Share.
Standalone Performance (FY 2024-25 vs FY 2023-24):
Revenue from operations increased to ₹1,39,774.37 lakh from ₹1,22,173.60 lakh.
Profit before tax was ₹24,359.02 lakh, compared to ₹24,276.41 lakh.
Profit for the period was ₹17,981.93 lakh, slightly up from ₹17,973.30 lakh.
Basic Earnings per Share stood at ₹7.23, marginally higher than ₹7.22.
Consolidated Performance (FY 2024-25 vs FY 2023-24):
Revenue from operations increased to ₹1,39,774.37 lakh from ₹1,22,173.60 lakh.
Profit before tax was ₹24,378.61 lakh, compared to ₹24,240.25 lakh.
Profit for the period was ₹18,001.52 lakh, up from ₹17,937.14 lakh.
Basic Earnings per Share stood at ₹7.23, compared to ₹7.21.
The Company operates in a single segment: Highly Specialized Engineering Thermoplastics.
