Bharti Airtel Limited has fully redeemed its USD 1,000 million (approximately ₹8,350 crore) 4.375% Senior Notes Due 2025.

• The redemption took place on June 10, 2025, as per the terms and conditions outlined in the Offering Memorandum dated June 3, 2015.
• Following the redemption, the said bonds have been cancelled and will be delisted from the Singapore Exchange Limited.
