Bosch Limited has announced its Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2025.

• Consolidated Performance for Q4 FY25 (ended 31 March 2025):

  • Total Income from operations stood at ₹5,147.4 crore, up from ₹4,459.5 crore in the corresponding quarter of FY24.
  • Profit before tax (after exceptional items) was ₹778.4 crore, compared to ₹660.6 crore in Q4 FY24.
  • Net Profit for the period after tax was ₹553.6 crore, a slight decrease from ₹564.4 crore in Q4 FY24.
  • Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) for the quarter was ₹187.66.

• Consolidated Performance for Full Year FY25 (ended 31 March 2025):

  • Total Income from operations reached ₹18,901.3 crore, an increase from ₹17,449.5 crore in FY24.
  • Profit before tax (after exceptional items) was ₹2,732.3 crore, down from ₹3,180.7 crore in FY24. This includes an exceptional item of ₹47.1 crore in Q4 FY25.
  • Net Profit for the year after tax was ₹2,013.0 crore, a decrease from ₹2,490.2 crore in FY24.
  • Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) for the year was ₹683.25, down from ₹844.68 in FY24.
