Bodhi Tree Multimedia Limited (BTML) has announced a further extension of the closing date for its Rights Issue.

• The Rights Issue closing date, previously extended to Tuesday, May 13, 2025, has now been further extended to Wednesday, May 14, 2025.
• This decision was made by the Rights Issue Committee on Monday, May 12, 2025.
• The purpose of the extension is to provide shareholders with an additional opportunity to exercise their rights in the issue.
• Accordingly, the last date for submitting the duly filled Application Form (CAF) along with the application amount is now Wednesday, May 14, 2025.
• The company stated there are no other changes to the Letter of Offer (LOF), CAF, and Abridged Letter of Offer (ALOF) dated March 24, 2025, except for the modification of the issue closing date and resultant changes in the indicative timetable for post-issue activities.
