Campus Activewear Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on 29 May 2025, approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2025, along with other key decisions:

• Financial Performance (FY25 vs. FY24):

  • Revenue from operations for the financial year ended 31 March 2025 increased to ₹1,592.96 crore, up from ₹1,448.29 crore in the previous year.
  • Profit for the year stood at ₹121.18 crore, a significant rise from ₹89.44 crore in FY24.
  • Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) for FY25 improved to ₹3.97 from ₹2.93 in FY24.

• Financial Performance (Q4 FY25):

  • Revenue from operations for the quarter ended 31 March 2025 was ₹405.71 crore.
  • Profit for the quarter was ₹35.03 crore.
  • Basic EPS for the quarter was ₹1.15.

• Dividend Recommendation:

  • The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹0.30 per equity share for the financial year ended 31 March 2025. This is subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
  • An interim dividend of ₹0.70 per equity share was already declared during FY25 on 11 February 2025.

• Auditor Appointments:

  • Ernst & Young, LLP has been appointed as the Internal Auditors for the financial year 2025-26.
  • ATG & Co. is proposed to be appointed as the Secretarial Auditors for a term of five financial years, commencing from FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval.
