This approval, communicated via a CCI letter dated June 17, 2025, also covers the open offer under Section 31(1) of the Competition Act, 2002. The proposed transaction includes:

• Transfer of 63,62,306 equity shares of SML Isuzu from Sumitomo Corporation to Mahindra & Mahindra Limited.
• Transfer of 21,70,747 equity shares of SML Isuzu from Isuzu Motors Limited to Mahindra & Mahindra Limited. This intimation follows the company's previous announcement on April 26, 2025, regarding the execution of the share purchase agreements for this transaction.
