Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) announced that its subsidiary, Centrico Insurance Repository Limited (CIRL), has entered into an agreement with Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) to provide Insurance Repository (IR) services. This partnership will allow CIRL to provide IR services to LIC's policyholders, enhancing value-added features for their convenience.

CIRL now has partnerships with 43 insurance companies, including 23 life insurance companies across India. LIC, being the country's largest life insurer, will further expand CIRL's reach and opportunities to develop value-added services.
