Ceigall India Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Puneet Singh Narula as Executive Director and Director, effective from the close of business hours on 15 Mar 25. Mr. Narula also ceased to be a member of the Risk Management Committee and Stakeholder Relationship Committee. The resignation is due to family commitments and personal exigencies.
