The Board of Directors of Central Bank of India, at their meeting held on April 28, 2025, considered and approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.
For the financial year ended March 31, 2025, the bank reported a standalone Net Profit of ₹3,78,526 lakh.
The Board recommended a final dividend of 1.875%, which is ₹0.1875 per equity share of face value ₹10 each, for the year ended March 31, 2025. This recommendation is subject to approval by shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The Board also approved a capital raising plan for the financial year 2025-26, aggregating up to ₹5000 crore. The capital may be raised through various modes or combination thereof, including Follow-on Public Offer (FPO), Rights Issue, Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), Preferential Issue, and/or through the issue of BASEL III compliant AT1/Tier II Bonds or other permitted securities, subject to necessary regulatory approvals.
