Central Bank of India will hold its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at 03:00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
The AGM will discuss and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Balance Sheet as of March 31, 2025, and the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date.
Shareholders will consider approving a dividend on equity shares of ₹10 each for FY 2024-25.
The meeting includes agenda to approve the appointment of Shri Manoranjan Dash as RBI Nominee Director and the re-appointment of Shri Pradip Khimani as Part-time Non-Official Director.
A key item is to consider raising equity capital up to ₹5,000 crore through various modes like QIP/FPO/Rights issue.
The AGM will also approve the appointment of M/s Ragini Chokshi & Co as Secretarial Auditor for five years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30.
The cut-off/record date for dividend payment is Friday, July 4, 2025.
The cut-off/record date for voting is Friday, July 11, 2025.
Remote e-voting will be available from Tuesday, July 15, 2025 (10:00 AM) to Friday, July 18, 2025 (05:00 PM).
