Cipla Limited issued a clarification regarding the tenure of its Secretarial Auditor.

• The company referred to its intimation dated 13th May, 2025, which included the recommendation for the appointment of M/s BNP & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor.
• Cipla clarified that the previously stated tenure of "for the term of five (5) years, i.e., from 1st April, 2025 to 31st March, 2030" should now be read as "for a term of five (5) consecutive years commencing from the conclusion of the 89th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) till the conclusion of the 94th AGM."
• All other contents of the original intimation dated 13th May, 2025, remain unchanged.
