Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) has announced several changes to its Board of Directors, effective May 31, 2025:

• Shri Bejoy Bhasker, Director (Technical), retired on superannuation.
• Shri Sreejith K Narayanan, Director (Operations), retired on superannuation.
• Shri Biju Prabhakar IAS (Retd.), Part-time official (Nominee) Director, vacated his office. This is consequent to his retirement from government services on April 30, 2025.
• Shri Madhu Sankunny Nair, Chairman and Managing Director, will hold the additional charge of the posts of Director (Technical) and Director (Operations), as per a letter issued by the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, Government of India, dated May 27, 2025.
• The process for obtaining the requisite approval for a new nominee director, following Shri Biju Prabhakar's departure, is currently underway.
