Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) announced on May 31, 2025, an update to the Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) authorized to determine the materiality of events/information and make disclosures to the Stock Exchanges, in accordance with Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. This revision follows the superannuation retirement of two Directors from the company's services on May 31, 2025.

• The KMPs authorized for this purpose are:
  • Shri Madhu Sankunny Nair, Chairman and Managing Director
  • Shri Jose V J, Director (Finance)
  • Shri Syamkamal N, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer
• The changes are a consequence of the retirement on superannuation of Shri Bejoy Bhasker, Director (Technical), and Shri Sreejith K Narayanan, Director (Operations).
