Orient Cement Limited has issued a corrigendum to the Postal Ballot Notice dated May 29, 2025.

• The resolutions proposed at Item Nos. 5, 6 and 7 of the Postal Ballot Notice should be read as ‘Special Resolution’ instead of ‘Ordinary Resolution’.
• The revised Postal Ballot Notice has been sent to the members of the Company via email dated June 16, 2025.
• The Corrigendum shall be read in conjunction with the Postal Ballot Notice already circulated to the members of the Company.
