Black Box Limited (BBOX) announced on 18 Mar 25 that CRISIL Ratings has upgraded the company's credit ratings for its bank facilities.

The upgraded ratings are as follows:

• Long Term Rating: Upgraded to CRISIL BBB+/Stable from CRISIL BBB/Positive.
• Short Term Rating: Upgraded to CRISIL A2 from CRISIL A3+.
