Cummins India Limited announced the completion of the sale of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Cummins Sales & Service Private Limited (CSSPL), to PAL SVAM Power Solutions Private Limited. The transfer of 100% equity shares was finalized on April 1, 2025, following the fulfillment of closing conditions outlined in the Share Purchase Agreement dated February 7, 2025. CSSPL is no longer a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cummins India Limited effective April 1, 2025.
