Dabur India Limited has announced a final dividend of ₹5.25 per share (525%) for the Financial Year 2024-25.

• The Board of Directors had recommended this dividend in their meeting held on May 7, 2025.
• The Record Date for ascertaining shareholders entitled to receive the dividend is July 18, 2025.
• The Book Closure period will be from Monday, July 21, 2025, to Friday, July 25, 2025 (both days inclusive).
• The dividend payment, if approved by shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be made on or before August 12, 2025.
• The AGM is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 7, 2025.
