Valor Estate Limited (DBREALTY) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, DB View Infracon Private Limited, has acquired a 10.45% equity stake in Schreiber Dynamix Dairies Private Limited. The acquisition, totaling 1,42,36,822 equity shares, was executed on 17 Mar 25 after business hours, following a decree from the Hon'ble High Court of Mumbai. This enforcement of security over pledged shares is part of Valor Estate's strategy to liquidate non-core assets and maximize stakeholder value. The fair value of shares was determined by the court at ₹120.03 per share, but no fresh monetary consideration was involved as the transfer is for debt resolution. Schreiber Dynamix, engaged in the dairy business since incorporation on 11 May 92, has the following financial details:
