DCB Bank Limited announced the results of its postal ballot conducted through remote e-voting.

The shareholders approved two resolutions:

• Appointment of Mr. Balu Srinivasan (DIN: 00397658) as a Non-Executive (Independent) Director (Special Resolution).
• Appointment of Mr. Nadir Noorallah Bhalwani (DIN: 00555534) as a Non-Executive (Non-Independent) Director (Ordinary Resolution).

Both resolutions were passed with the requisite majority based on the e-voting conducted between 20 April 2025 and 19 May 2025.

The voting results were as follows:

• For Mr. Balu Srinivasan's appointment: 99.9782% votes in favour and 0.0218% against.
• For Mr. Nadir Noorallah Bhalwani's appointment: 99.8821% votes in favour and 0.1179% against.
