Dhampur Sugar Mills Limited announced the completion of the extinguishment of 10,81,081 equity shares of ₹10 each, following the buyback offer.
The buyback offer, priced at ₹185 per equity share, opened on 29 May 2025 and closed on 4 June 2025.
Post buyback, the paid-up share capital is ₹6,43,06,509, compared to ₹6,53,87,590 prior to the buyback.
The shareholding pattern post buyback shows the promoter/promoter group holding 3,20,53,237 shares (49.84%), and public holding 3,22,53,272 (50.16%).
