Avenue Supermarts Limited (DMART) announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on 3rd May, 2025, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation, has approved the appointment of M/s Rathi & Associates, a firm of Practicing Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company.

The appointment is for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years, commencing from 1st April, 2025, until 31st March, 2030.

This appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
