DOMS Industries Limited announced on June 02, 2025, the completion of its acquisition of Super Treads Private Limited (STPL).

• In continuation to its letter dated May 19, 2025, and pursuant to the approval of the Board of Directors, DOMS Industries Limited executed the Shareholders Agreement and Share Purchase Agreement with STPL and its Promoters.
• The Company purchased 5,10,000 Equity Shares of ₹10 each from the current shareholders of STPL.
• This acquisition represents a 51.00% equity shareholding in STPL.
• The total consideration for this stake was ₹6,12,00,000 (Rupees Six Crores Twelve Lakhs Only).
• The transaction was completed on June 01, 2025.
• Consequent to this transaction, STPL has become a subsidiary of DOMS Industries Limited with effect from June 01, 2025.
