EMS Limited has completed the acquisition of a 60% stake in Brijbihari Pulp and Paper Private Limited on 27 Mar 25. The company acquired 6,000 equity shares for an aggregate amount of ₹7.75 crores, at a premium of ₹12,905 per share. Following this acquisition, Brijbihari Pulp and Paper Private Limited will be considered a subsidiary of EMS Limited. This acquisition follows an earlier intimation dated 10 Aug 24.
