The company confirmed it received an email from BSE on 22.04.2025 seeking clarification on this news item.

• Gensol categorically stated that neither the company, any of its KMPs or directors including the promoters, has received any communication or notice from ED with respect to appearance regarding the Mahadev Book app case pursuant to a fresh probe done by ED on 16.04.2025.
• The company stated that the news item is factually incorrect, speculative, and misleading.
• It reiterated that the promoters of Gensol Engineering Limited have no association with the Mahadev Book app case or the alleged financial transactions cited therein.
• The company referenced a past clarification on 13.03.2024 regarding the attachment of shares of Zenith Multi Trading DMCC by ED.
• It also noted that in filings made to BSE and NSE for the quarter ended 31.12.2024 and onwards, the name of ED Raipur is appearing in place of Zenith Multi Trading DMCC.
