Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (GNFC) has announced the closure of its trading window from 1 Apr 25. This closure is due to the upcoming declaration of the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ending 31 Mar 25. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the results are approved by the board of directors.
