- The company reported a 4.6% increase in Revenue from Operations, reaching ₹2,812 crore in FY 2024-25, up from ₹2,687 crore in FY 2023-24. Over the period of FY 2019-20 to FY 2024-25, the company's revenue from operations demonstrated a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 12.2%.
- Domestic revenue grew at a CAGR of 13.4%, while export revenue grew at 6.8% during the same period.
- Segment-wise, Abrasives revenue increased by approximately 3.3% to ₹1,403 crore, and Ceramics & Plastics (C&P) revenue rose by about 7.9% to ₹1,189 crore in FY 2024-25.
- Earnings Before Interest and Tax (EBIT) for FY 2024-25 decreased by 2.9% to ₹501 crore from ₹516 crore in FY 2023-24. The company stated that "Higher Depreciation is the major reason for drop in EBIT vs FY 2023-24".
- Net Profit for the year (PAT) also saw a decline of 3.3%, settling at ₹371 crore in FY 2024-25 compared to ₹384 crore in FY 2023-24.
- The Board has proposed a dividend of ₹17.00 per share for FY 2024-25, pending approval from shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
