Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Limited (GUJALKALI) has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons from 1 Apr 25. This is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations. The trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ending on 31 Mar 25.
