HCLTECH Announces FY25 Consolidated Financial Results

HCL Technologies Limited (HCLTECH) announced its Consolidated Financial Statements (IFRS) for the year ended 31 March 2025.
The company reported total assets of $12,348 million as of 31 March 2025, compared to $11,967 million in the previous year.
Total revenue for FY25 stood at $13,840 million, up from $13,270 million in FY24.
Operating profit increased to $2,531 million in FY25 from $2,418 million in FY24.
Profit before tax for FY25 was $2,735 million, compared to $2,531 million in the previous year.
Net profit for the year reached $2,042 million, an increase from $1,897 million in FY24.
Basic earnings per share (EPS) rose to $0.75 in FY25 from $0.70 in FY24.
An interim dividend of ₹ 60 per share was declared for FY25, compared to ₹ 52 per share in the previous fiscal year.
