HCL Technologies (HCLTECH) board approved audited consolidated financial results for FY25 and Q4 FY25 on April 22, 2025.
Declared interim dividend of ₹18 per equity share for FY 2025-26, record date April 28, 2025, and payment date May 6, 2025.
