HFCL Limited announced the publication of its Audited Financial Results for the 4th Quarter and Financial Year ended 31 March 2025.

• The results, prepared on both Standalone and Consolidated basis, were published in newspapers on 24 May 2025.
• The newspapers carrying the publication include Financial Express (All Editions) and Hindi newspapers Divya Himachal (Shimla) and Jansatta (Chandigarh).
• These Audited Financial Results were previously considered and approved by the Company's Board of Directors at their meeting held on 22 May 2025 and were submitted to the Stock Exchanges (NSE & BSE) on the same day.
