• Change of the company's name from HOV Services Limited to HandsOn Global Management (HGM) Limited. This change aims to better align with the management's vision to establish the company as a global organization, focusing on being a hybrid investment and diversified service provider, particularly in Europe for services such as Enterprise Information Management, Business Process Management, Revenue Cycle Management, and Cloud & AI Technology.
• Alignment of the existing Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) with 'Table-A' and 'Table-F' as prescribed under Schedule I of the Companies Act, 2013.
• These proposals will be presented for shareholder approval at the company's 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be convened on September 12, 2025. The company clarified that the name change will not impact its legal structure, contractual obligations, ownership, or investor rights.
