Himadri Speciality Chemical Limited (HSCL) has announced the completion of the acquisition of 100% paid-up equity share capital of Elixir Carbo Private Limited.

• The acquisition was completed for a total purchase consideration of ₹ 7,50,00,000 (Indian Rupees Seven Crores Fifty Lakhs only) paid in cash.
• The acquisition was done by purchasing equity shares from the existing shareholders of Elixir Carbo Private Limited.
• Consequent to this acquisition, Elixir Carbo Private Limited has become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd.
• The acquisition is effective from 22 April 2025.
• This announcement is in continuation of the company's earlier intimation dated 21 April 2025.
