Himadri Speciality Chemical Limited (HSCL) has provided an update on its investment in Sicona Battery Technologies Pty Ltd.

• Further to the announcement on May 13, 2025, where the Board approved an investment of AUD 15,000,000 in Sicona through the subscription of 15,000,000 Compulsorily Convertible Notes (CCNs) over 18 months.
• The company has now invested AUD 4,171,000 in cash.
• This investment is towards the subscription of 4,171,000 CCNs.
• The CCNs have a face value of AUD 1.00 each and are part of the total 15,000,000 approved CCNs.
