Housing & Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) has announced an update regarding the change in its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA).

• In continuation of previous intimations dated 07.02.2025 and 28.02.2025, the company has received confirmation from both depositories (NSDL and CDSL) regarding the transfer of electronic connectivity.
• The electronic connectivity has been transferred from Alankit Assignments Limited to Beetal Financial & Computer Services Private Limited effective from 25th April, 2025.
• Shareholders are advised to lodge all matters related to the company's equity shares with the new RTA, Beetal Financial & Computer Services Private Limited.
• For updates on address, bank details, etc., for shares held in dematerialized form, shareholders should contact their respective Depository Participants.
• A tripartite agreement between HUDCO, Beetal Financial & Computer Services Private Limited, and Alankit Assignments Limited is being executed.
