ICICI Bank Limited has received approval from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for the re-appointment of Mr. Sandeep Batra as Executive Director. The re-appointment is for a period of two years, effective from December 23, 2025, to December 22, 2027. The Bank will seek shareholder approval for this re-appointment in due course.
