ICICI Bank Limited has sold its entire 18.8% shareholding in NIIT Institute of Finance Banking and Insurance Training Limited (NIIT-IFBI) to NIIT Limited.
The share purchase agreement was executed on June 11, 2025.
The consideration received for the sale is ₹ 61.1 million (₹ 6.11 crore).
Following this transaction, NIIT-IFBI has ceased to be an associate of ICICI Bank.
