Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) announced plans to establish a solar power plant in Rajasthan through a joint venture with Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (RVUNL). The estimated equity investment by IGL is approximately ₹382 crores. This decision was approved at a board meeting held on 29 Mar 25, which commenced at 3:00 PM and concluded at 5:30 PM. The proposed investment is contingent upon the execution of a definitive agreement and the fulfillment of standard conditions.
